Getting started guide mentions OpenShift cost model when it should mention cloud cost model

      Step 2.2.2.4 says:

      2.2.2.4. Create a Red Hat OpenShift cost model.

       

      But since it's in the cloud section, it should be "2.2.2.4 Create a cloud cost model". The body should explicitly mention you will need an AWS, Azure or GCP cost model depending on what cloud you want to integrate with.
