[Case 03326867] Adding newer regions on AWS (source wizard)

The customer is trying to add an aws source without success. The key factor in this story is that it only happens when using an S3 bucket located in the Cape Town region (AF-south-1), so as a workaround, the customer is using an S3 bucket located in the EU

On the other side, if there is something else we can check, please let me know without hesitation. I'll keep this cluster running for testing/reproducer purposes.
