The wizard's `CostModelContext` object contains a few functions used by the `MarkupWithDistribution` step. For example, `handleOnKeyDown`, `markupValidator`, etc.

Considering this step is never reused, and the functions don't set state, they may be better located in the `MarkupWithDistribution` component.
