Platform UI has asked that we update/double check to make sure our browser titles are adhering to the latest consistency ask.

In a nutshell (but please review the doc link above to make sure I read it correctly), our browser titles for each page should follow the following format: <page header> - <app name> | <bundle name>

e.g Overview page will have the browser title be: "Overview - Cost Management | OpenShift"
