We want to update the details page filter to use the new type-ahead feature introduced to the resource-types/aws-accounts/ API.

To start, we would like to start with the AWS filters; account, region, and service. We could then apply this to tags.

Note that when tags contain more than 50 items, we show an input field, which could also use type-ahead.

Questions:

• Do we show a full list of available options prior to typing?
• How long do we wait, after the user stops typing, to make a request?
