[aws rhel10] default authselect profile to 'local'

      As per akoutsou@redhat.com the current authselect profile in RHEL10 for AWS is sssd.
      In RHEL10 the default is 'local' as per this comment in RHELBU-2236 , which is also second in Beta RHEL docs: "Local profile is the new default authselect profile"
