      Support cloud-init better in wsl2, thereby supporting more wsl features

      1 /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99_wsl.cfg should contain
       

        datasource_list: [WSL]
 

       

      2 If you look at the cloud-init documentation, there's more than config needed in wsl.conf. It should look like this
