RedHat AMI has machine-id with wrong permissions

      Hello Team,

      one of our customers has raised concern in the case id : 03549837

      customer experienced wrong permissions After launching the RedHat AMI . /etc/machine-id has wrong permissions, it has 644 instead of the 444 expected by the systemd rpm

      this is resulting to Unexpected RPM verify failure in AWS instances.
