UI: Storage Checkup: no option to configure the fields

      Description of problem:

      Some fields of the checkup job can be configurable, we need to have this option in UI. Here is the list if the possible fields:

For some fields, like 'spec.param.skipTeardown' we need to explicitly say that the user will be responsible for cleaning up the VMs/DVs/PVCs created by the checkup job.

      1. Go to Storage Checkup page

      Actual results:

      No option to configure the fields

      Expected results:

      We can configure everything that backend allows us
