Description of problem:
Some fields of the checkup job can be configurable, we need to have this option in UI. Here is the list if the possible fields: https://github.com/kiagnose/kubevirt-storage-checkup?tab=readme-ov-file#configuration For some fields, like 'spec.param.skipTeardown' we need to explicitly say that the user will be responsible for cleaning up the VMs/DVs/PVCs created by the checkup job.

No option to configure the fields

We can configure everything that backend allows us
