On VirtualMachine network creation page, new UI for localnet, when selecting project from list the drop down list shows nothing.
Same goes when selecting a specific label, the page doesnt present namespaces that match the selected label.

Eventually the CR is created with the specified label, but you get no indication about matching namespaces.

1. Create namespaces with label test=test
2. Go to Networking > VirtualMachin Networks > Create 
3. Go to Project Mapping page
4. Select projects from list 
or 'Select labels to specify qualifying projects', add the test=test label

Project list shows nothing
The page doesnt present matching namespaces to label test=test

Project list should at list present list of namespaces that are not openshift ones (doesnt start with openshift-).
The page should present list of namespaces that match the specified label.
