The metric name linter is failing on recording rule names:
cluster:kubevirt_virt_controller_pods_running:count: metric names should not contain ':'
cluster:kubevirt_virt_controller_pods_running:count: name need to start with 'kubevirt_'

the best practice for recording rules names should be different from metrics names, and follow this: https://prometheus.io/docs/practices/rules/

Actual results:
The monitoring names linter applies the same best practices to both metrics and recording rules.
