Goal

Connect both the control plane pods and the worker VMs using primary L2 UDN to guarantee full isolation of the whole cluster.

User Stories

• As a HCP admin,
  I want to guarantee full isolation between my cluster, not only on the worker level, but also on the control plane.

Notes

• Come up with a PoC and a design.
• You may need to allow limited one-way access from the pod network to the UDN to allow HCP to manage the cluster.
