      Description of problem:

If during a cross cluster (cross namespace) live migration the migration fails, the source VMIM is properly marked failed (and the VM stays running on the source). But the target VMIM is never marked failed and the status remains running forever. Since MTV uses the target VMIM for its status updates it never marks the migration failed either.

      How reproducible:

      100% during migration failure

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Start CCLM and have it fail

      Actual results:

The target VMIM remains in running phase forever. The source VMIM is marked as a failure properly.

      Expected results:

Both source and target VMIMs are marked failure.
