Description of problem:
clusterrolebinding is not deleted after removing the permission in storage checkups

Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login UI and go to Checkups -> Storage 2. Click Install Permissions and wait till install completed 3. Check the clusterrolebinding $ oc get clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io kubevirt-storage-checkup-clustereader NAME ROLE AGE kubevirt-storage-checkup-clustereader ClusterRole/cluster-reader 115m 4. Remove the Permission in Storage checkups 5. Check the clusterrolebinding again
Actual results:
5. clusterrolebinding is still there after removing the permission in storage checkups
Expected results:
clusterrolebinding should be deleted
