Missing EAP 73 templates for OpenJ9 JDK11

    Description

      Currently on the OpenShift EAP test suite, we are temporarily using the OpenJDK11 templates instead of OpenJ9-11 templates to test the EAP OpenShift OpenJ9-11 image. So we are now adding the OpenJ9-11 templates necessary for the test suite.
