Update startup module / agent loading to not require bootclasspath/a

    Description

      Changes in WF should allow us to drop the bootclasspath and append somethign like the below to standalone.conf instead:

      MODULE_OPTS="-javaagent:/home/jperkins/tmp/jolokia-test/jolokia-jvm-1.6.2.redhat-00002-agent.jar=config=/home/jperkins/tmp/jolokia-test/jolokia.properties"
