Change base layer of images from jboss-openjdk to rhel

    Description

      We need to remove the dependency on the intermediate jboss-openjdk image.

      This can be accomplished by adding the jboss.container.openjdk.jdk module as the first module in the image.yaml of the standalone product image, as done here, and changing the from attribute from jboss/jboss-openjdk-rhel7 to rhel7:7-released. (Note, this will use the latest released version of the rhel7 image, so when rhel 7.6 is released, it will be picked up automatically the next time you build. If you want to explicitly control rhel version updates, use rhel7:7.5-released instead.)
