[EAP CD] - review usage of hidden label on EAP CD templates.

Many of the current set of templates shipped with EAP CD are marked hidden, so do not appear in the OS catalog, but do still appear in oc new-app -L. Since we only install three templates currently in OS, there is little need to hide the remaining set.

We should consider whether the ephemeral templates are worth unhiding etc.

We don't forsee any doc changes required for this.
