Allow custom location for local maven repository

    Description

      Allow passing an environment variable that sets a custom location for the local maven repository in the EAP server container. This would be achieved by generating a maven settings.xml file that includes the following first line:

      <localRepository>/custom/path/to/repository</localRepository>
