Provide support for transaction recovery for transactions which contain subordinate transactions propagated over JBoss Remoting

    Description

      If a pod with subordinate transactions is scaled down the existing recovery procedure is not guaranteed to recovery the full transaction.

      Similarly if the pod that created the top level transaction is scaled down we need to verify that the recovery procedure successfully completes it and its subordinates.
