EAP Transaction subsystem JDBC store tables should be prefixed with the node name

The EAP transaction subsystem relies on a JDBC based object store for its logs. The table names for these logs should be prefixed with the server node name (${jboss.node.name}). This change will facilitate recovery after a pod crashes or is scaled down.
