Cause: EAP does not allow for configuration of AMQ RA keystore and truststore
Consequence: User must add JVM params to enable JVM-wide keystore and truststore
Fix: Use available HTTPS keystore to configure the AMQ RA in EAP
Result: User can configure the EAP keystore and truststore for the AMQ RA without custom JVM parameters
