Parameter ENCRYPTION_REQUIRE_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH never used in practice

    Description

      JDG Templates define the parameter ENCRYPTION_REQUIRE_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH, which is passed to the image as an environment variable.

      However it's only used by the image iif the variable HOTROD_ENCRYPTION is defined (scripts/os-jdg-launch/added/launch/infinispan-config.sh). Turns out that it is not exposed in the templates, making the parameter ENCRYPTION_REQUIRE_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH useless.

      So, we should either remove ENCRYPTION_REQUIRE_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH from templates or add HOTROD_ENCRYPTION to them.
