Scripted requests to the Pagure API and the extras data (static JSON files located under https://src.fedoraproject.org/extras/) on https://src.fedoraproject.org from my tool [goorphans](https://go.gtmx.me/goorphans) (used for parts of the orphaned packages process and for things like https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/3475) are being blocked by anubis. Can these rules be bypassed for the endpoints that are meant for legitimate programmatic usage?
