1. 1. Description

As we recently had an issue about number of idle/active connections for kojihub/postgresql, this is a request to modify the zabbix template for postgresql role, and cover metrics like number of connections, etc.
As max connections is itself an ansible variable, it can reused as zabbix macro and check active vs max and so trigger alerts on high usage, or applications not closing correctly db connections
