1. Community Build System (cbs) new tags request

If you want new tags/target to be created on [CBS](https://cbs.centos.org) please read first [tags and target definition](https://docs.centos.org/centos-sig-guide/cbs/#understanding-tags-and-targets) and then file following template:

• project release : 9

Tag inheritance needs (optional): Inheritance should be the same (or similar) to storage9s-nfsganesha-8-el9s and storage10s-nfs-ganesha-8-el10s

External (optional) repositories to be included in build tag:

• [x] Epel (corresponding to OS version above)
