    Description

      1.) If a library globally enables an alternative/interceptor/decorator it is not possible to disable it in other libraries without repackaging the library / other libraries.
      2.) In the legacy mode (enablement for bean archive), the priority of an alternative/interceptor/decorator is undefined (other than the first one in the list)
