Make subnit and bmjava scripts port and host aware

The bin scripts bmjava.sh and submit.sh need to provide command line optons -p and -h to allow the listener port and hostname to be configured from the listener side and the client side, respectively. These options need to be documented as do the javaagent options port: and address: which are used to pass the listener settings to the agent.
