Dtest library fails to concurrently trace multiple method calls

    Description

      There is one more trouble on thread safety of dtest library on tracing instrumented classes. When multiple threads are adding traces the client side (InstrumentedInstance map) has to be able to handle the load in a safe concurrent way.
