Unit test misc.TestInvokeParamBinding fails after fixing AT CALL arg parsing

The fix to BYTEMAN-241 means that the rules for test misc.TestInvokeParamBinding are no longer workign. They only worked because the parser was not ignoring the AT INVOKE method arguments and hence not noticing the missing comma in the argument list.
