HA authoring docs - add note that Windows is not supported

    Description

      The Installation Docs on clustering business-central fail to mention that we only test this setup on RHEL, and that such installations on Windows are not supported. Please add a note highlighting this limitation to add least the latest product doc, or - if possible - to all docs since 7.9 where this feature was moved from Tech Preview to full support. Thanks!
