As a developer trying to build applications on OpenShift, I want to be able to use Buildpacks in Builds v1 (builds classic).

Design and Develop a Proof of Concept that shows Buildpacks running on OpenShift using a top-level build strategy similar to SourceStrategy and CustomStrategy.
