• Provide a command line experience for the Build Volumes feature

Why is this important?

• Build Volumes offer a new way for users to read information from a Secret or ConfigMap in a build. It provides a superior experience to using a Secret or ConfigMap as a build input, especially if this information is used to connect to private artifact repositories.
