Support JNDI binding of cache containers

    Description

      This is needed for Hibernate 2LC integration.
      Leverage BinderService to bind cache containers to JNDI.
      Add jndi-name attribute to <cache-container>.
      A dependent service can declare a dependency on the jndi binding, to demand relevant cache manager to start.
