Get -Dorg.jboss.resolver.warning=true out of the command line

-Dorg.jboss.resolver.warning=true does not need to be passed on the command line. It's irrelevant to a ProcessController or HostController. A server can set it in bootstrap if not already set. That's before it would ever be used.
