WS tool scripts are using endorsed dirs in AS and should not be

    Description

      We should not need endorsed directories with JBoss Modules. If JBoss Modules lacks the necessary hooks to support JAXB then they needed to be added to that project, the same way we've solved the issue for JAXP.
