Connection factory does not support XA configuration

Connection factory (<connection-factory>) does not support setting transacted mode with tag <transacted mode="xa" />. This is only possible to set in <pooled-connection-factory>. HornetQ supports XA for non-pooled connection factories so there is no reason not to support this.
