Warp: when both ServerAssertion and ClientAction fails, server error should be reported

When both, server and client assertion fails, the server error should be reported, since it is the one which led to wrong response to client.

From the timing perspective, client action is executed and then server assertion is verified - when it fails, client should fail immediately without waiting for ClientAction to complete.
