      Problem:

      Currently, we do not have a published developer guide on our web site.

      Goal:

      Publish developer guide with the details about SBO implementation.

      Why is it important?

      The guide should provide a developer enough details so that contribution to the project becomes easier. It should include details about the internal architectures, entrypoints, how to build/run/test the operator both locally and on CI.
