One of the SBO 1.0 GA criteria is to execute performance tests for SBO.

Currently, there is a well-defined way to evaluate performance of SBO while deployed on loaded deployment of Developer Sandbox (on OCP). However, that way is now performed only manually.

The goal of this story is to define an automated pipeline to execute all the steps end-to-end.
