I am seeing many failures of probe tests on various packages at eg. http://aipcc-n100.usersys.redhat.com:8000/report/01KB3F4JR32D7TX3RYVS2YSW2X . The probe tests require numpy even on packages that do not require it.

We need some process where we'll be notified of any potential dependencies that probe tests need, so their execution can be adjusted to install everything that's required.
