      Description

      When calling TwitterUserService.getRateLimitStatus(), I get the following response:

      org.agorava.api.exception.ResponseException: Remote service returned the error code 404 for the following Request : @OAuthRequest(GET, https://api.twitter.com/1.1/account/rate_limit_status.json)
      The following data was returned :
      {"errors":[{"message":"Sorry, that page does not exist","code":34}]}

      It seems that the https://api.twitter.com/1.1/account/rate_limit_status.json URL is no longer valid in the 1.1 API.
      The 1.1 API docs (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/rate-limiting/1.1) describe that the rate limit information is delivered in HTTP headers X-Rate-Limit-*.
