Description

The latest commit regarding the Push Config file introduced 2 bugs for Cordova Android with <4.4.
Because AeroGear.Ajax was added and :

Promises are not supported
responsType:"json" is not supported by xmlHttpRequest Level 1 http://stackoverflow.com/a/9845704/3860046
