Create a new Prometheus Data Set provider:

• It should allow users to enter any query for Prometheus [1];
• The new provider should be available in Datasets UI so users can register new providers in Business Central;
• It must also support JSON marshalling so it can be exported from Business Central in the ZIP file;
• It should also be supported in Dashbuilder Runtime;

Acceptance Criteria:

Being able to create a Prometheus dataset and export it to Dashbuilder Runtime
