Error messages need to be able to be copied

Error messages often overrun the size of the field on the bottom of the web page. The only way to read them in their entirety is to hover over the field. There is no way to copy the text of a message, which is important to the majority of users.

Steps to reproduce:

1-) Import Course_Scheduling sample project
2-) Change the Minimum Working days.drl with some typo/grammar error and save it
3-) You should be able to see the error messaging panel:

What we should do is to add a copy buttom on the right of the clear buttom, with the same type of copy buttom from project URL, when user click it, we should copy the error panel content to the clipboard and provide a message to the user (like we do with the copy url).

The format of the error copied should follow csv format with the same properties from the error panel's table
