We have a multibranch job in Jenkins [1] to test the test-cases GitLab [2] project, but test results a are not reported back to GitLab and also test are not started on every push or MR.

There is a work in progress project from the Jenkins community [3] that we could use to achieve exactly these results, maybe we can start testing this plugin and provide feedback and report issues back to the community.
