iOS helloworld example contains out dated information regarding sending push messages.

      At the moment the following can be found in the README.md of the example:

      Now you can send a message to your device by clicking `Compose Message...` from the application page. Write a message in the text field and hit 'Send Push Message'.

      I can't find anything like this in the UnifiedPush admin console. There is also an images that is linked to the cordova example (../cordova/doc/compose-message.png) which looks out dated too.

      How about something like:

      Now you can send a message to your device using the UnifiedPush admin console. 
Click on the "Send Push" icon in the navigation menu and select the application that you created and wish to send a notification to. 
Write a message in the text field and hit 'Send Push Message'.
