aerogear-cordova-push plugin should handle entitlements in cordova-ios >= 4.3.0

The hook creates a .entitlements file for cordova-ios < 4.3.0 because cordova-ios >= 4.3.0 include .plist files for the entitlements, but the plugin has to write the aps-environment on them, and currently aerogear-cordova-push plugin doesn't do it.
