Push notifications need a .entitlements file on Xcode 8

When using Xcode 8, push notifications won't work if you don't have a .entitlements file on the project with the "aps-environment" key

Xcode can fix it on the Capabilities section of the target, but you shouldn't really open the Xcode project and change things on a Cordova app, this should be created/copied/filled by a hook
